Location: Bronx, NY | Type: Full-time | Salary: $225,000 – $250,000/year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a network of federally qualified community health centers in the Bronx, NY, providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse and underserved patient population.

Qualifications:
MD/DO from an accredited medical school; completed accredited residency
Active state medical license and Board Certification required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Passion for community healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment
Prescribe medications, order/interpret diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate patient records in EHR
Provide 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating weekly basis
Refer patients to specialists as needed
Participate in monthly/quarterly medical staff meetings
