Urgent Care/Primary Care NP/PA Needed – Portland Metro Area, OR:
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Full-time only (average 34 hours/week)
Two schedule options available:
First Half: Sunday–Wednesday
Second Half: Wednesday–Saturday
Weekdays are approximately 10-hour shifts, weekends approximately 9-hour shifts, and Wednesdays are half days
Scheduled appointments only—no staying late for walk-in overflow
Work Details
Outpatient Urgent Care and Primary Care
Float throughout the Portland metro area (may include Vancouver, WA)
18–22 patients per day
Patient population: Infants through Geriatrics
Support staff includes MAs and office staff
Solo provider coverage at most clinics
Standard urgent care procedures required, including laceration repair, incision & drainage, splinting, cerumen removal, pap/pelvic exams, suture/staple removal, and other routine urgent care procedures

Outpatient Urgent Care/Primary Care
Requirements
Board Certified FNP or PA (NCCPA Certified)
Active OR license preferred (facility willing to license)
DEA required
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 2 years of Urgent Care experience (firm requirement)
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
Must be comfortable providing both Primary Care and Urgent Care
Compensation
1099 Locums
Additional Information
Credentialing: 30 days with OR license in hand or 90 days if licensing is needed

Providers may be reassigned to nearby clinics based on business needs.
