Job description

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Portland, Oregon (multiple clinic locations available)
Start: ASAP upon credentialing (6-month ongoing assignment with potential option to extend)
Schedule: Full-time; varying 10, 9 & 5 hour days
Average Hours: ~34 hours/week
No Call Requirements
Patient Volume: Approximately 18–22 patients per day

Job Details:
Outpatient Urgent Care and Primary Care coverage
Treat patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
Scheduled appointments with predictable daily workflow
Perform standard urgent care procedures including laceration repair, splinting, I&Ds, immunizations, eye exams, pap/pelvic exams, and other office-based procedures
Support provided by clinical and administrative staff

Requirements:
If NP: Board Certified Family NP (FNP)
If PA: Board Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
Active Oregon license preferred (licensing assistance available)
Minimum 2 years of Urgent Care, Primary Care, or related experience required
ACLS preferred
DEA required
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare programs

Travel:
Travel, lodging, and transportation reimbursement available for eligible providers
Assignment may require coverage at nearby affiliated clinic locations based on operational needs
