Salary: $200,000–$240,000 annually

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Dayton, OH. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including patient assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, including controlled substances and hormone therapy when appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding transgender health, HIV/AIDS, primary care, medication adherence, and preventive healthcare.
• Provide culturally competent, respectful, and patient-centered care with a particular focus on LGBTQ patients and other underserved populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement coordinated treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, policy development, and program monitoring.
• Work closely with the Medical Director and administrative staff to maintain high clinical and regulatory standards.
• Build collaborative relationships with community providers, referral sources, and hospital partners.
• Maintain current knowledge of LGBTQ health, HIV/AIDS, and primary care through continuing education, conferences, and professional development.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as needed.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for patients, staff, and community partners.
• Perform other medical center and pharmacy-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio medical license.
• Federal DEA license.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to culturally competent care and working with diverse patient populations.
