Primary Care Provider needed North of Birmingham, AL

Job description

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• No Call
• No Weekends
• No Holidays
• Must Be Board Certified
• 25-30 ppd
• 18 years & up
Requirements:
• Will consider new grad.
• Current Alabama License
• No Visa applicants
• Must be comfortable with using a computer (no scribes available)
• Must have MD or Foreign degree equivalent
About the assignment:
• Physician provides primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral as part of a multi-disciplinary team; must be sensitive to the needs of diverse cultural backgrounds of the medically underserved.
• Outpatient only, No Procedures, EMR-NexGen
• Prefer FP but open to IM

• Bread and butter primary care - no procedures
• Multi-disciplinary clinic open M-F 8-5; will consider part time providers
• 20-23 patients per day seeing all ages
