Sports Medicine Opportunity in Northern New Jersey - Near downtown NYC!!

"The position will be in the two offices (both within 20 minutes of NYC). It would be about 60% sports medicine and 40% urgent/primary care until the Provider built up patient volume. Essentially will become 100% sports medicine."

Sports Medicine Physician Salary will be $220k/annually with a productivity bonus of $30-50k/annually.

Qualifications:
NJ License to practice medicine
CDS and DEA license required.

Physical Demands:
Full body range of motion, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time
Corrected vision and hearing to normal ranges
Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for providing quality primary clinical care, which includes consultation, diagnostic care, and treatment for Physician's patients in the clinic, and supervise midlevels. This position also includes some after hours on call.
Responsible for working with clinical team members to ensure clinical improvement and satisfactory outcomes of all patients.
Along with team members, provide access to care, care management, care coordination, and preventive services where needed.
Responsible for the timely completion of adequate and complete documentation, provides timely, accurate information for co
