Primary Care FP/IM needed near Roanoke, VA

Job description

- Outpatient Primary Care opportunity with CBOC (locations TBD)
- ASAP – 6-month commitment with the ability to extend long term
o Estimated credentialing timeframe: 3-6 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
- Treating adult and geriatric patient population
- Typical cases seen will include basic Primary Care duties, sick/well visits, physicals, and chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Full medical staff in clinic
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Competitive hourly rates, along with travel/lodging accommodations provided
- Must have state medical license in Tennessee to be presented

• Mostly adult and geriatric patient population
• Full time 6 month contract
• Will cover travel and lodging for the assignment
