Job description
Outpatient Primary Care (hypertension, diabetes, sick/well visits)
BC or BE Physician
Dates: As soon as credentialed – Ongoing
Credentialing: 60 days
Schedule: Four 10’s or Five 8’s
Must be able to see all ages
2 patients/per hour
Support staff: MA’s and RN’s
EMR is EPIC
NO Travel or Lodging available
