Job description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time local locum tenens assignment at a well-established academic hospital in St. Louis, MO. This opportunity offers a dynamic case mix and a collaborative care team environment.

Position Details:
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday with staggered start times (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Shift Options: 4x10s or 5x8s (4x10 schedule includes a rotating weekday off)
Full-time coverage required
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Practice Setting:
Academic hospital setting
Team-based care model alongside anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative staff
EMR: EPIC

Case Mix: General surgery, Orthopedics, Neuro, Trauma, OB, Cardiac

Requirements:
NCCAA certification required
Active Missouri license required (no licensing available)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
