Locum Tenens CRNA Position in Flagstaff, AZ

Shift Details:

Shifts may vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours.
Available Dates & Shifts:

10/9: 7 AM - 3 PM
10/10: 7 AM - 5 PM
10/11: 7 AM - 7 PM
11/20: 7 AM - 7 PM
11/25: 7 AM - 7 PM
11/26: 7 AM - 7 PM
11/27: 7 AM - 7 PM
12/26: 3 PM - 11 PM
Weekly Hours: Approximately 48 hours per week

Work Details:

Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
Department: Includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Case/Procedure Experience: Recent hospital experience required
Practice Setting:

Hospital Environment

Requirements:

Board Certification: CRNA required
License: Arizona License needed (IMLC only)
DEA License: Yes
CSR Certificate: Not required
Certifications: Must have BLS or ACLS
Experience: Minimum recent hospital experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Overtime: Available post scheduled shifts

Rate: $215 per hour, plus travel and lodging
