CRNA needed in AZ

Job description

I have a client in Bullhead City who is seeking experienced CRNA's for locum coverage starting in the new year.

Here are a few details:
Rates starting at $225/hr + travel
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Scheduled + On Call required: 7a - 3p (Call hours: 3p - 7a)
Open Dates: Jan 6-10;Feb 3-7;Feb 17-21;Mar 3-7;Mar 17-21
Call Schedule: Every 4th night / NO WEEKEND CALL for CRNAs
Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Work Details:
Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
Supervision: By MDs
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: (Case logs)
EMR System: Medaxion
Licenses: Candidates need PALS cert
