01-26 - 01-28 (7a-3p), 01-29 (7a-7p), 01-30 (7a-3p), 01-31 - 02-02 (7a-7p), 03-03 - 03-04 (7a-7p), 03-05 - 03-06 (3p-11p), 03-07 - 03-09 (7a-7p), 03-12 - 03-13 (7a-7p), 03-16 (7a-3p), 03-18 - 03-19 (7a-3p), 03-21- 03-22 (7a-7p), 04-13 - 04-14 (7a-3p), 04-17 (7a-3p), 04-18 - 04-20 (7a-7p), 05-04 - 05-05 (7a-7p),05-07 (7a-7p)
Cases: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
Will not license
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
