Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Start: 05/15/2026
Length: 6 months
Credentialing: 2 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a start, typically finish 3p–5p, no call
Model: 1 CRNA per day, supervised by surgeon
EMR: Paper
Cases:
• Monday–Thursday: Ophthalmology
• Friday: Urology
• MAC anesthesia only
Ophthalmology Volume:
2 OR rooms averaging 18–20 cataracts per day
Daily Structure:
• Wednesdays & Thursdays: Morning block with one surgeon, afternoon block with second surgeon
• Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays: One surgeon, no afternoon block
Malpractice: Coverage provided by Anesthesia OnCall

• 7a start, typically done by 3p–5p
• No call, outpatient only
• MAC cases, cataracts and urology
