● Annual Salary Range: $265,000 - $275,000 annually + $20,000 sign-on bonus (two year commitment) + applicable incentives/differentials
New Graduate: $265,000
1 Year: $267,500
2 Years: $270,000
3 Years: $272,500
4 Years: $275,000
Annual salary increase: $2,500 *After 6 years, $1,000 annual salary increase (up to $285,000)
Overtime/Holiday/Weekend Shift Differential: $160/hour
*OT rate applies after 80 hours worked within a pay period
● Schedule: Full-Time; various shift options available; includes hourly shift differentials
● Call: No call
