CRNA needed in Illinois:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts
Job details: Outpatient: Healthy Peds, Plastics, Ortho, ENT, and more) - No Admits

IL License Required (We can help License you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
