CRNA Needed – McHenry, IL
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 6 months
Coverage Needed: Full-time 4x10s or 2 weeks/month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90–120 days
Facility Details:
Level II Trauma community hospital located approximately 1 hour outside Chicago
Medical direction model for all CRNAs
Support staff includes 9–11 anesthesiologists per shift and anesthesia techs
EMR: Epic
Suburban/rural patient population
Case Mix:
Neuro
Vascular
Thoracic
General Surgery
GYN
Urology
Interventional GI
Cardiology testing/EP
Regional blocks
No OB epidurals
Minimal pediatrics; most pediatric cases sent to sister hospital
CRNAs are typically not involved in cardiac cases
Requirements:
Active IL license
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Epic experience required
NBCRNA required
Additional Details:
Locals highly preferred
$375/shift expense allowance for non-local providers
