We are currently hiring a locums CRNA in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Contract Details:
- March start date, pending credentialing period
- 3 months of coverage, to start
- 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday
- No call required, but available

Facility Details:
- Surgery Center location
- HST eChart EMR
- Independent CRNA model
- Cases to include ortho, pain management (epidurals spinals, blocks)

Requirements:
- Licensed and Certified CRNA in Indiana
- Case logs to display proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Pay:
- Negotiable rate of $215 - $225 per hour
- Aya will directly pay for travel expenses including flight(s), rental car, and hotel accommodations
