Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a locum assignment at a hospital in Southwest Indiana.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: May 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing with specific dates available
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Schedule: Day shifts with required call participation
• Shift Details: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
• Call Requirements: Weekday call (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and 24-hour weekend call; post-call day off provided

Work Details
• Case Mix: General, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with anesthesia
• Procedures Required: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks (case logs required)
• Supervision Model: Independent practice with MDs onsite (no direct supervision)
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• License: Active Indiana RN license required; must enroll in INPCF
• Certifications Required: ACLS (AHA)
• Experience: Must provide 250 case logs per year for the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
