Credentialing:

60–90 days

Temps available with clean background, malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license

Licensure & Certifications:

Indiana RN license required

Must enroll in INPCF

ACLS (AHA only)

250 case logs per year for the past 2 years

Must show documented proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks
