Job description

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility in Fort Wayne, IN

Shift: 5x8, 40 hours a week. No weekends. No call.
Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.
Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.
CRNAs must be comfortable with blocks, spinals, and epidurals
EMR: Cerner.
Must have IN license.
Will cross credential at 2 sites.
Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted
