Job description
Join a hospital-employed, all-CRNA team in a thriving Critical Access Hospital less than an hour from Kansas City.
Opportunity
Broad case mix across inpatient and outpatient procedures
Approx. 250 cases per month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms
Cases include general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry
Utilize the full scope of CRNA practice, including opportunities for regional anesthesia, OB anesthesia, and line placement
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
Shared call rotation targeted at 1 weekend in 4
Additional compensation provided for all call coverage
Compensation
Earning potential exceeding $370,000 annually
Additional call opportunities paid at $70/hour beyond contracted minimums
Callback compensation of $160/hour
Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality & Service Bonus
