Join a hospital-employed team at a thriving Critical Access Hospital near Kansas City as Clinical Director of Anesthesia. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of an established independent CRNA practice while maintaining a strong clinical presence.
Opportunity
Provide oversight for anesthesia operations including scheduling, education, quality initiatives, and medical staff committee participation
Practice independently in a true all-CRNA model with no anesthesiologist supervision
Broad case mix averaging 250 cases per month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs, and 2 procedure rooms
Cases include general surgery, endoscopy, gynecology, obstetrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, and podiatry
Utilize the full scope of CRNA practice with opportunities for regional anesthesia, OB anesthesia, and line placement
Predictable Monday-Friday schedule, generally 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Dedicated administrative time built into the role
Additional compensation provided for any call coverage
Compensation
Total income potential of $400,000+
Additional call opportunities paid at $70/hour beyond contracted minimums
Callback compensation of $160/hr
Eligible for a $10,000 annual Quality & Service Bonus
