Job description

Schedule: 7:00a–4:00p
Call: Every 4th night (4:00p–7:00a) | 30-min response time

Position Details:
Independent CRNA practice model
No OB cases
Broad case mix: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (case logs required)
3 ORs | 4 providers daily
EMR: Epic
Full weeks available
Temp privileges possible with clean background and active license

Requirements:
Proficient in regional anesthesia techniques
Active, unrestricted license
Credentialing:60–90 days
