Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide ongoing coverage at a rural hospital in Minnesota. Schedule & Call
• Shifts: Primarily Monday–Friday
• Call:
– Weekday call required
– Weekend/holiday call typically 1 in 6
– Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Night Coverage: 19:00–07:00 as scheduled

Work Details
• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Model: CRNA-only, no MD oversight
• Patient Volume: Busy OR; typically 3–5 cases per day depending on load
• Patient Population: Adult and elderly with light pediatrics (dental, laparoscopic cases)
• Support Staff: 3–4 CRNAs on shift; pediatric CRNA support on Fridays
• EMR: Cerner / Oracle
• Hospital Size: 49-bed facility
OR & Department Overview
• 4 core operating rooms
• Dedicated Endoscopy suite
• Dedicated C-section suite and flop room
• DaVinci robot for General Surgery and OB
Procedures Include
• Orthopedics (total joints, neuro spine, sports)
• General Surgery
• OB (35–50 C-sections annually)
• Plastics (cosmetic & reconstruction)
• Podiatry
• Ophthalmology (cataracts)

Skills & Experience
• Required: Nerve blocks, OB anesthesia, general anesthesia, spinals
• Preferred: Pediatric experience
• Bonus: Prior rural health experience highly valued

Requirements
• License: Active Minnesota CRNA license required
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
