• Patient population/age: adult, pediatric, neonatal
• EMR: Paper Charting
• Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, epidural steroid for lumbar, epidural steroid for cervical, transforaminal, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement
• MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks.
• provider must be 90+ miles from facility
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
