Job description

Olena Medical is a rapidly expanding multispecialty organization offering anesthesia
services in NJ. The anesthesia division specializes in ambulatory anesthesia, offering malleable
shifts of eight to 10 hours that are predictable, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.
Shorter shifts are also available for those who desire them. Full-time and part-time positions on
either a W-2 or 1099 arrangement are available. Olena is focused on recruiting exemplary
clinicians, not simply staffing a location.

Our anesthesiologists are experienced in working with CRNAs and comfortable doing so,
ensuring a collegial and mutually supportive atmosphere. The level of independence is
commensurate with capability, the desire for it, and the level of acuity. More than half of Olena's
anesthesiologists are fellowship trained, trained in another specialty entirely, or both.
Olena has numerous contracts across northern and central New Jersey and is expanding
southward. This generally allows for assignment at locations closer to home, so that travel time
is less.
Practice settings
Olena provides anesthesia at multiple centers across New Jersey. It is not possible to describe
each of them here, and each one is a bit different. Obviously, a center doing ortho will differ
from one doing urology or neurosurgery. However, Olena is highly selective in the clients we
partner with, ensuring that the work environment for our clinicians is a desirable one. With
respect to equipment, available pharmaceuticals, appropriate case selection, and other
resources, including but not limited to support staff and a collegial relationship between
everyone contributing to the care of the patient.

Compensation
Salary $250K- $300,000 +
PTO: 6 weeks
