Contract Length: ongoing until a perm is hired
Shift Details: Mon-Fri -8 hours, up to 40 hours/week, call 1:5 - shift dates may vary depending on need and availability. They will consider part time as well

Work Details:
Support Staff: Supportive administrative team
Department Description: CRNA practice - provides anesthesia services to a wide range of cases at a single hospital. Independent work (No MDA Supervision)
EMR: Meditech
Hospital Bed size: 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU offering a range of services to approx. 60k residents in SW North Dakota
Special Procedures: must be able to peform blocks. 50% of Cases are Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye procedures. No Heart, No Neuro, No pain Management. Blocks, Lumber Punctures, and Intubation are required
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Travel Logistics:Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging
Requirements:
IMPORTANT – ALL PROVIDERS NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 250 CASES FROM JANUARY 2023 TO PRESENT - IN ORDER TO GET PRIVILEGES – NO EXCEPTIONS.
ACLS, PALS, BLS – ONLY from the American Heart Association
ATLS – ONLY from the American College of Surgeons.
The facility will not accept any other certifications from any other source, but the ones listed above.
Board Certification:
License Required: Active ND license without restrictions - Or Compact Licenses preferred but not required
Certifications Required: BLS/ACLS
Minimum Experience Required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
