Practice Setting: Hospital – All CRNA Practice

Dates Needed:
Multiple short-term dates: March 23–27, April 6–12, April 21–22, April 24, April 27–May 1, May 4–10, May 11–15, May 18–22
Ongoing opportunities

Schedule:
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend)
No OB call; OR call only
45-minute response time

Credentialing / Licensure:
60–90 days to credential
ACLS, BLS, PALS required

Case Types:
Endoscopy, Podiatry, General Surgery, Orthopedic, Urology
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
Case logs required for proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Facilities / Staffing:
4 ORs
3 CRNA providers during the day
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate: $220/hr
