Aya Locums is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locums opportunity in Columbus, Ohio! This position offers flexible three-day workweeks, no call or weekends, and no required OB or cardiac cases.

Opportunity Highlights:

Flexible 3-day workweeks

12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (approximate)

13-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–8:00 PM (approximate)

14-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–9:00 PM (approximate)

Schedule combinations available to accommodate approximately 36–40 hours per week

No call required

No weekends required

No OB or open-heart cases required

Medically directed anesthesia care team model

Physician-to-CRNA ratios of approximately 1:2 or 1:3

Coverage primarily across two Columbus-area hospital locations

Long-term assignment with flexible duration

Willing to consider candidates needing licensure

Case Mix:

General surgery

Neurosurgery and spine

Orthopedics and trauma

Vascular and thoracic surgery

Urology and gynecology

ENT and oral surgery

Endoscopy

Oncology and bariatric surgery

Kidney and pancreas transplants

Burn and trauma cases

Ophthalmology

Interventional radiology and other procedural anesthesia

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing CRNA

New graduates are not eligible

Comfortable working in a medically directed care team model

Strong general anesthesia experience

Experience with neuro, urology, ENT, endoscopy, and other surgical specialties preferred

Arterial line experience preferred

OB, cardiac, pediatric, neonatal, regional block, and neuraxial experience not required

Willingness to work across multiple hospital locations
