Locum Tenens CRNA in Pittsburgh, PA

Position Details:
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: On-going
Length of Commitment: Minimum of 3 months

Work Schedule:
Shifts: 10-hour and 12-hour shifts (Preference for candidates who can offer longer shifts)
Days: Monday to Friday
Call: No call required

Case Types:
Spine procedures, Thoracic, Complex Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, and ENT
Volume per Shift: 40-50 cases, which include pre-scheduled and add-on cases
Cardiac: No cardiac cases
Patient Demographics:

Adults (90%) and healthy Peds (10%)
Anesthesia Model: Directed

Requirements:
Not accepting new graduates; 2 years of experience required
PA license not needed for presentation but required by start date
Credentialing and Privileging timeframe: 90 days for full privileges
Temporary privileges can be granted with a 60-day turnaround

Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $185
Travel and lodging are provided
Medical malpractice insurance included
