A historic hospital in Indiana, Pennsylvania is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum opportunity. This is a low-stress, efficient OR environment with no call, quick credentialing, flexible schedules, and a case mix that keeps skills sharp without high-acuity burnout.

🏥 Assignment Overview
• Role: CRNA
• Location: Indiana, PA

📅 Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Length: Ongoing
• Minimum Commitment: 3 months

⏰ Schedule & Flexibility
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Start Time: 6:30 AM
• Shifts Available: 8s and 12s
• Minimum: 3 days/week
• Status: Full-time or Part-time considered
• Call: None

💼 Clinical Scope
• Case Mix Includes:
○ Robotics / Da Vinci
○ Urology
○ Bariatrics
○ Thoracic (low volume)
○ GI (2 rooms)
○ OB (1 room)
• Exclusions:
○ No neuro
○ No cardiac
• Pediatrics: Very low volume (≈5%)
• Annual Volume: ~4,000 cases/year
• Average Cases: ~8 cases per 8-hour shift
• Patient Population: 95% adults
• Care Model: Directed
• Ratio: 1:3–4
• EMR: Cerner

✅ Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year + Board Certified
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, or PALS is a bonus!
• Licensure:
○ PA license or
○ Compact license with willingness to obtain PA license
○ Must reside in a surrounding compact-eligible PA state

⚡ Credentialing Timeframe:
• Credentialing: ~30 days


💰 Compensation & Travel
• Rate: $220/hour + Travel & Lodging
○ Local providers preferred
