This community hospital provides anesthesia and surgical services across inpatient and operating room settings within an organized perioperative program. The facility operates under a physician supervision model and maintains established workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery across a range of surgical specialties. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address additional staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model (4:1 ratio) during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Pennsylvania, working Monday through Friday on 5x8 shifts with no call required. The surgical case mix includes general, ENT (with pediatrics), GYN, OB (optional), plastics, endoscopy, urology, orthopedic, and thoracic procedures; experience in vascular, thoracic, and neurological cases is preferred. Clinicians with the skills and interest to perform regional blocks and epidurals will have the opportunity to do so. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
