Schedule Options:
4x10s: 7:00a–5:00p
5x8s: 7:00a–3:00p

Call:
Home call once every 2 weeks
Back-up/callback time: 30–45 minutes
Weekday call: 3:00p–7:00a
Weekend call: 24 hours
Post-call days typically off

Position Details:
Broad case mix: general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, orthopedics
Age range: 15–100
EMR: Epic
Support: Anesthesia tech
High-volume setting (~200 cases/month)

Requirements:
CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
Active South Carolina license
Minimum 1 year experience
