Schedule: 4 Days 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Will consider 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s - MUST be available to work 4 weeks per month.
Cases: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day between Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.. Team model providing anesthesia for generally, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases
Willing to license
Credentialing timeframe: 60 – 90 days
