ANES Needed in San Antonio, TX

Worksites: Facility names withheld until formal phone conversation occurs
C******* ***** ***a - Medical Center (MC)
C******* ***** ***a - W******* ****s (WOH)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Coverage Reason: Ongoing coverage needed

Shift Days & Times: Monday - Friday, 7a-3p
Client does not require docs to be cross-credentialed at both sites. You can pick if you want one or both 

Med Center:
Case Types: General, Ortho, Podiatry, some Peds-healthy ages 7+
Anesthesia Model: MDs do 100% of their own cases; MDs only, no CRNAs
WOH:
Case Types: Mostly General & GI, Healthy Peds
Anesthesia Model: 2 MDs to 8 CRNAs...Supervision and MDs may have to do some cases.

Open Shifts - There are only 4 weeks we don’t need covered at Westover Hills (WOH), other than those 4 weeks, client has both MC and WOH open.

Call is Not Required, but available for Weeknight & Weekend Call if the doc is interested
Minimum coverage required: 1 week per stint, 1 week/month, 3-month commitment. If a provider can cover various weeks, please ask the client about this on a case-by-case basis.

Active TX license
Credentialing: Within 60 days


Pay Rates:
Regular: $300/ hour (May be able to try for more if you're not needing T & L)
Call - Not Required, but available for Weeknight & Weekend Call if the doc is interested.
Weeknight Call: $750 for holding beeper $375/ hour called back in
Weekend Call: $1750 for holding beeper (2 gratis hours) and then $375/ hour call back in
