We are a busy, office-based vascular practice in the DFW area seeking an experienced CRNA to join our team. This is an excellent lifestyle position — no nights, no weekends, no call — with consistent daytime hours in a focused procedural environment. We offer competitive compensation well above national averages and welcome candidates who are ready to hit the ground running.

Schedule & Compensation

Days: 4–5 days per week

Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (no call, no nights)

Pay: $305,000 annual salary OR $1,400/day guaranteed — whichever structure works best for you

Candidates with less-than-perfect history will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for office-based vascular procedures

Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and obtain informed consent

Administer and monitor general, regional, or MAC anesthesia as indicated

Collaborate with the proceduralist to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

Manage post-anesthesia recovery and follow-up
