Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity in Roanoke, Virginia! This position offers guaranteed weekly hours, no call, and a diverse case mix at a Level I Trauma Center.

Opportunity Highlights:

Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week guaranteed

8- and 10-hour shifts available

Friday availability required

No call or 24-hour shifts

Overtime available after scheduled shifts

Initial 3-month contract with extension opportunities

Preference for providers interested in longer-term assignments

Level I Trauma Center with high-acuity patients

Loosely medically directed anesthesia model

No cardiac or OB cases

Epic EMR

Flexible time-off requests

Travel, lodging, and rental car covered, or a travel stipend option

Approximately 75–100 day credentialing timeframe

Case Mix:

Neurosurgery

Orthopedics

Trauma

General surgery

Gynecology

Endoscopy

Pediatrics

Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA

Level I Trauma experience required

Active Virginia license or eligibility for licensure

Compact accepted

Must be available full-time, including Fridays

Comfortable managing complex, high-acuity cases

Ability to provide consistent weekly coverage

Facility-specific skills checklist required during submission
