Anesthesiologists needed in AZ

Job description

I have a client in Flagstaff, AZ who is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for locum coverage starting as soon as possible.

Here are a few details:
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Rates starting at $320/hr + travel

Scheduled shifts only (7a-7p):
12/16-12/19
12/23-12/24
12/26
12/27 x2
1/2
1/14-1/16
1/23
3/10-3/14
3/10-3/13
4/21-4/24

Work Details:
• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patients per day: 50-60
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
• License Required: Active AZ license - IMLC Only
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
