Day shift: 6:45a–3p
Night call: 3p–6:45a on select dates
Select 24-hour weekend call
Post-call days off built in where noted
Multiple individual weeks available — ideal for ongoing locums coverage

Sept 28–Oct 2 — call Sept 29
Oct 5–9 — call Oct 6 & 9
Oct 10–11 — 24-hour call

Nov 2–6 — call Nov 2 & 4
Dec 7–11 — call Dec 7 & 9
Dec 18 — single-day coverage
Dec 21–24 — call Dec 21 & 24; post-call off Dec 22
Dec 28–31 — call Dec 28 & 31

87-bed acute care hospital
Level IV Trauma
CRNAs and nursing support
CRNA support always available
Cerner EMR
Average 4–8 patients/day

Cases:

OB anesthesia — current OB skills required
General surgery
Total joints
Geriatric fractures
Urology
Advanced breast surgery
Endoscopy under propofol
No bariatrics
Approximately 3,000 OR cases + 3,000 endoscopy cases/year
Approximately 500 deliveries/year
