Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly with mix of available shifts (8, 10, 12, 24), Candidates are preferred with flexibility to work varying shifts, schedule made one month in advance; no call or weekends.
• Setting: Hospital – 496 Bed Medical Center – 20 OR’s – 5 Outpatient Surgery Center Rooms
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: Minimal CRNA supervision.
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3 months with the option to extend, as needed.
• Job Setting: Hospital Only.
• Types of Cases: General Anesthesiology cases.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
• Requirements: Board Certified.
• Licensure: Active California license.
