ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2598668
• Location: Torrington, Connecticut
• Schedule: (7am-5:30pm) 4x10hr shifts
• Remote Call: 1 in 4 weekdays (with post call off) and 1 full weekend every 5 weekends, Very minimal call back
• Start Date: ASAP (end of Aug preferred)
• Length of commitment: 6-month contract + option to extend
• Details:
o Low Case Volume
o 4 OR’s, GI and OB
o No Heads or Hearts
o Small Community Hospital Setting
o Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week
o Will be doing own cases
• Required: Board Certification, ACLS, PALS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
