Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: June 3rd
Contract Length: June Coverage : 3rd, 10th, 11th, 15th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 29th
Shift Details: Specific Coverage Dates needed
Schedule: Mon – Fri (6 am-5 pm or when cases end)
No nights, no weekends, no call
Cases per day: 5-8 cases per day; this number could fluctuate from day to day

Work Details:
Patients per day: 5-8 cases per day
EMR: Hybrid - both EMR and Paper
Special procedures: All ENT and Cosmetic cases. (No podiatry, no ortho, no OB)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License required: GA
DEA: Yes
Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 30 days
