This is Dominique Hodges with Aya Locums. I am representing an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Gainesville, GA needing an Anesthesiology Physician for urgent coverage. Assignment Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Coverage Dates Needed:
June: 19, 25, 26, 29
July: 1, 2, 8, 9, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
Schedule: Monday–Friday coverage, 4x10s or 5x10s
Shift Details: 10-hour shifts, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (start/end times may fluctuate)
Call: None
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Patients Per Day: 10–15
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: Hybrid (EMR and paper)

Work Details:

Supervise 1 CRNA daily while also performing cases
Work alongside 6 surgeons
Case mix includes:
ENT
Cosmetic surgery
No:
Podiatry
Orthopedics
OB
All age groups treated

Requirements:

State License: Active Georgia license required
Board Certification: Board Certified required
DEA: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP to 30 days
