COVERAGE DATES NEEDED:
June Dates are: 19th, 25th, 26th, 29th
July Dates are: 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th

Types of cases: All ENT and Cosmetic cases - all ages. – No Podiatry, no ortho, no OB

Start Date: ASAP
Shift Details: 10 hour shifts, 7a-5p – Start/end times can fluctuate
