Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide coverage at a community-based hospital in Idaho. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of scheduled shifts and call coverage in a supportive surgical environment with a collaborative anesthesia team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: June 2026
• Schedule Type: Scheduled shifts + On Call required
• Shift Schedule: 4 Day Shifts per week
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Shift Type: Standard daytime coverage

Work Details
• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Practice Environment: Community-based hospital with 4 operating rooms
• Trauma Designation: Level II Trauma / Level IV Trauma support
• OB Volume: Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• Coverage Includes: OB anesthesia, general anesthesia cases
• Excludes: Cardiac, transplant, and complex pediatric cases
• Procedures & Skills Required:
• Comfortable independently managing own cases
• Experience in supervising/care team model
• Regional anesthesia proficiency required
• Will assist with OB sections while CRNA completes the case
• Support Staff Ratio: 4:1 supervision model

Requirements
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year post-residency experience required
• License: Idaho license preferred; IMLC candidates welcome
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Required
