Locum Anesthesiologist – Kendallville, IN

🗓️ Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Schedule & Coverage
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• Ongoing coverage, including every Tuesday for podiatry
• Additional full-week coverage may be available
• Specific coverage dates include January 12 and May 4, with ongoing Tuesday coverage thereafter
• 20-minute response time required when on call
Practice & Support
• Mix of OR and OB cases
• Daytime staffing at each site: 1 Anesthesiologist / 1 CRNA
• 3 operating rooms
• No Endoscopy, CV, Cath Lab, or IR rooms
• Epic EMR
Case Mix
Experience required with:
• Endoscopy
• OB/GYN
• Pediatrics
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
Regional & Neuraxial Skills
Proficiency required in:
• Spinals
• Epidurals
• Regional blocks
Case logs required as proof of recent epidural, spinal, and regional block experience.
Requirements
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Strong experience with OB, pediatric, general, orthopedic, and regional/neuraxial anesthesia
• Must be comfortable with the required call response time
