About the clinician's workday

This locum tenens anesthesiologist position provides day shift coverage at a hospital operating room in Kentucky, with no call coverage required. The supervising MD primarily manages pre-operative assessments, regional blocks, and PACU; CRNAs are expected to induce and maintain anesthesia independently, and to complete their own pre-operative assessments if the MD has not yet done so. Endoscopy cases are performed under a QZ model, with a Lead CRNA or consulting MD available for support as needed. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
