ANES needed in Cumberland, MD

ASAP - Ongoing

Privs: 2-4 weeks

ANES Needed: 1

Position Skills: Degree from accredited college & Bd certified

Shifts: 8hr; Mon-Fri & 1 weekend/month

Cases: OB, Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Cardiac (optional), Thoracic, Vascular

Supervision: 1:3 or 1:4; Cardiac is own cases

OT: No

Call: 1 weekend per month (Fri-Sun)

Rooms: 10 locations daily, but 20 rooms

Charting: EMR (Meditech & Centricity)

Pay Rate: $340 + T&L (Booked for you or $999/ week stipend)


Daily Responsibilities: Assist in the directing and coordinating of Activities in the Anesthesia Department | Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious ad/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures | Pre-anesthesia assessment | Obtains and/or verifies patient consent | Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient | Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia | Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition | Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements | M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine | ECFMG and FLEX | Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia | Currently licensed as a Physician
