We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Rhinebeck, NY. This is a full-time hospital-based assignment offering consistent weekday hours plus pager call coverage.

Position Highlights

Location: Rhinebeck, NY
Contract: 13 weeks with opportunity to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Full-time coverage required
Weeknight pager call required
Weekend pager call required
No in-house call
Overtime is not expected but may be available
Acute care hospital setting

Practice Details

6 anesthesia rooms
Anesthesiologists both supervise CRNAs and perform their own cases
CRNA-to-MD ratio: approximately 2:1
EMR/Charting: Cerner and iPro
Approximately 60-day privileging timeframe

Requirements

Board Certification or Fellowship required
Active New York medical license required
Must already be licensed in NY; facility is not accepting candidates needing licensure
Must be available for full-time weekday coverage
Weekend-only availability cannot be accommodated
