Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in North Carolina. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities and a balanced mix of case types.

Position Overview:
Start Date: July 2026

Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

No call or weekend requirements

Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services across a variety of case types including general, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, OB, and pediatrics
Work in a collaborative environment with both independent cases and supervision responsibilities
Supervise CRNAs (1:4 ratio) while also performing your own cases

Requirements:
Board Certification required
Active state license required at time of submission
Comfortable with a wide range of case types

Additional Details:
Providers must be willing to credential at multiple nearby facilities
Travel and lodging allowances provided
